Cancellation and Late Policy
We are instating a new policy effective immediately regarding tardiness and rescheduled sessions.
All sessions cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hrs of their scheduled start time will be charged the full session fee.
For a 30 minute session, clients can be up to 10 minutes late and still have their session. The session will still end at the regularly scheduled time. It will not continue past the end of the scheduled time to make up for the tardiness. For a 60 minute session, clients can be up to 15 minutes late.
After the grace period, the session will be cancelled and the client will be charged for the full session. The client can then schedule an additional session at another time if they desire.
Thank you for being a part of our team! Having policies like this helps us to make sure we are giving you the best possible service. Working out 'kind of sort of' or 'sometimes' will only get you 'kind of sort of' results!
Of course, there are exceptions/emergencies and you can talk to your trainer about this however repetitive tardiness will need to be addressed.
